Rules & regulations
A few simple rules keep Sailia Badminton fair and the courts running smoothly. By joining a session you agree to these.
Payment
- Each session is Rp 50k, paid in advance.
- Pay by GoPay (86 13581645524, Yu Tang) or CIMB Niaga (707829806400), then send proof to CC on WhatsApp. Your spot is confirmed once she marks you paid.
- When you join, pick one: Paid — transfer sent (your name shows ⏳ until CC confirms it) or Cash at court (shows 💵 — the seat is yours, pay CC when you arrive).
- Nothing is charged on this website — you pay CC directly.
The 24-hour rule
- You must join and pay at least 24 hours before the session starts.
- Inside the last 24 hours the list is locked — no new joins; the names already on it (paid, or marked 💵 cash) are the session. This lets us confirm numbers and courts. Need a late spot? Message CC; she can add you if there's room.
Waitlist & drop-outs
- Sessions hold 12 players. Once full, you join the waitlist.
- If a confirmed player leaves, the first person on the waitlist is moved into their seat automatically.
- If you can't make it, drop out early (tap Leave) so someone on the waitlist can take your place.
No-shows
- A paid seat you don't use is not automatically refunded — you've reserved a court spot. Talk to CC about carrying it to the next session.
- Repeated no-shows without notice may lose priority for busy nights.
On court
- Arrive on time and warm up so play starts promptly.
- Rotate fairly so everyone gets court time — all levels play together.
- Non-marking indoor shoes; bring your own racket if you can.
- Be friendly and respectful — this is a community group.
